Psychotherapies
$200  Initial intake session
$150 per 50-minute session for Individual or Family Psychotherapy
$60 per 90 minute session for Group Psychotherapy

Sliding Fee  Scale
Practice members whose household income is less than  $100K (family) or $75K (individual) are eligible to be responsible for a lowered fee as follows:
Initial Intake session:  $75
Couples or Family Psychotherapy:  $75 per 50 minute session
Individual Psychotherapy:  $50 per 50 minute session
$40 per 90 minute session for Group Psychotherapy

Insurance is accepted when applicable, and practice members are responsible for their copayments or deductibles at the time of session.  I am in-network with:
United HealthCare
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Amerigroup
WellCare
PeachState

There are some other insurance companies not named here who may have me listed as an in-network provider.  Also, some health insurance companies farm out mental health benefits, and I may be listed as in-network.  So when in doubt, call the customer service number on the card and give my name, inquiring as to my network status.

When practice members have no need for a diagnosis to be entered into record, and there is no third party involvement in payment for sessions, cash, check or credit card payments are accepted.  Payments are due at the time of session.

Life Coaching
$350 per month for 2 hours per month  (Individuals or Couples)
Two one hour sessions per month; or one 1 hour + two 1/2 hour sessions (coachee's choice at the time the coaching agreement is signed)

$90 per month for three 90 minute sessions per month (Group Coaching)
Groups are scheduled in four month periods.

Payments for Coaching are due by the 5th of each month.  Sessions are held by telephone or skype, unless a Coachee lives in Metro Atlanta Georgia and prefers face to face sessions. 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
