Sakinah Y. Rasheed, Ph.D., Psy.D. is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults.  She maintains a private practice with two offices, one in Marietta and one in Riverdale, Georgia.   She is also a Personal and Professional Development Coach.  As a Personal Coach, she is an affiliate of Relationship Coach Institute, and she specializes in helping singles to find their ideal life partners, helping couples to find the ultimate happiness in their marriages, and helping families to reach fulfillment of their life dreams.  As a Professional Development Coach, she helps psychotherapists to build their ideal practice and to reach unimaginably high levels of business and personal satisfaction.

With over seventeen years experience helping people to resolve dilemmas and find life satisfaction, she is a graduate of University of Michigan specializing in human development.  She is also a graduate of Rutgers University, specializing in Clinical Psychology.  She completed Core Fundamentals Coach Training at Coach University in May of 2006, and has been an affiliate of Relationship Coach Institute from October of 2007 to the present.  She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients for psychotherapy and coaching.

As a psychotherapist, she has specialized in working with individuals and families, working through issues including depression, self-esteem, anxiety, communication and conflict resolution, child behavior problems, ADHD, grief and loss, stress management, and workplace issues.  Individuals, couples, and families are helped to heal from past hurts and break unhealthy patterns as they move forward in establishing healthy and high functioning relationships.  

As a personal coach, she lowers the divorce rate by specializing in coaching singles to get in touch with their personal values, requirements, and needs, so that they can find their ideal partners and have lasting, fulfilling marriages.  She assists premarital couples in determining if they are the correct fit for one another.  She helps single parents to negotiate the unique demands of parenting while they develop themselves and then seek their ideal life partnership.  She coaches couples and families to get in touch with their values and life mission, supporting them in taking action steps leading to optimal levels of life satisfaction, happiness, and bliss together.
